Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Frame
Carefully place the Nixplay frame and all original accessories, including the power adapter and stand, back into its original packaging to ensure safe transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned frame, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
